How does payment work?
A non-refundable downpayment is due upon signing the contract. After that, we will set up a schedule to pay the remaining amount before our shoot date.
How long have you been filmming weddings?
I've been filming weddings for three years with a few dozens of weddings!
Where have you traveled to shoot weddings?
I've shot in Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee, but my bags are always packed to shoot wherever you are!
Do you offer custom packages that will fit my budget?
I always strive to provide the best services to every client; therefore, a custom package can be built to accommodate what is needed!
Will we get to meet with you before the wedding?
Absolutely, you will! If you live near where we're located, I'd love to grab coffee or pastries perhaps and say hello! If not, I'd love to set up a video call and discuss details over the web!
Do you record the audio vows, ceremony, and speeches?
Yes! Audio is half of the video experience and an integral part of storytelling.
Do you shoot with dual card slots?
Yes, I Iove having peace of mind and will use both card slots to record the precious moments captured to ensure they're never missed!
How do you video weddings?
Communication is key and I'll walk through a step-by-step itinerary of what I'll shoot and how it'll be shot giving you a visual illustration of what you can expect before you even see the wedding film!
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Kentucky-based in the US and yes I love to travel! If you want me to tell your story whether it's a few hours away or across seas, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But keep in mind, I always try to find the cheapest way to come! And if you ask about some of my bucket list locations, we can set up a deal!
When will we get our video?
You can expect 6 weeks and sometimes earlier depending on the season of the year. You'll be able to download and share the video with as many friends and families!
How intrusive are you when you shoot?
I pack as light as possible and carry only what is necessary to not only save my back but to stay out of people's way! I will always be as discrete as possible to avoid distractions and let the special moments happen naturally.
What best describes your style?
My style has a modern, soft filmic look based off Kodak Negative Film Stocks (my favorite) with warm greens, turquoise blues, and balanced pink/gold skin tones. All while creating a soft highlight roll-off to shadow fall-off for a pleasing, timless look.
Do you backup the footage?
Backups are crucial to my workflow and in the instance, down the road, you're wanting that moment with you and your spouse are dancing in the rain, I'll have that ready for you!
